1. Eligibility

To register for any driving course with Bismillah Driving School, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age (or the legal driving age in your area).

  • Possess a valid learner’s permit or meet the prerequisites required by local transport authorities.

2. Booking and Payments

  • All driving lessons must be scheduled in advance.

  • Payment must be made in full or according to the payment plan before the first lesson begins.

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

  • Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the lesson.

  • In case of instructor illness, vehicle issues, or extreme weather, we reserve the right to reschedule lessons at no penalty to the student.

4. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Be punctual for all lessons.

  • Follow instructor guidance at all times.

  • Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during lessons.

  • Bring required documents (learner’s permit, ID, etc.) to each session.

We reserve the right to terminate lessons for any student who violates safety or conduct rules.

5. Certificates and Testing

  • Completion certificates may be provided depending on the package and local legal requirements.

  • Bismillah Driving School does not guarantee passing of driving tests. Success depends on student performance and the discretion of licensing authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bismillah Driving School and its instructors are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or traffic violations incurred during or after lessons. Students are responsible for their actions when operating a vehicle.

7. Website Use

  • You may not copy, distribute, or misuse any part of the website without written permission.
